Sewing Saturday!

This past saturday was filled with sewing projects as I was under a deadline...that evening! Joel and I were heading to Matt and Julie's couples baby shower and I needed to get their gifts finished. I had started these baby gifts a while back but I got so involved with my other projects and I never found time for these. After working out on Saturday morning, I rushed home to begin my 6 hours of sewing. Luckly my dear friend, Katie was looking for something to do on Saturday and I recruited her to come over and help me...and I couldn't have done it without her! Katie and I finished sewing a baby blanket and 6 burp cloths. As I showered and got ready for the shower; Kate continued to help me sew! Thank you Kate for a great Saturday and all of your help; the blanket and the burp cloths were a hit!
