An afternoon at the park

Great weather has finally arrived, so after Bosco and I's run this evening we headed out for a walk down the parkway, and then down to the park with Sadie and Noah. It's so easy to forget that in winter we don't get to enjoy all these great extra hours of daylight. Bosco was thrilled to be out chasing his tennis balls. It seems like the more exercise you feed Bosco, the more he craves. After a 5 miler in 85 degree heat, and then another hour at the park you'd think he'd be tired. Wrong-o. He's still mister hyper. You can tell he's craving his first swim in the lake though. Out on walks or runs he always keeps his eye on the ponds and lakes as we pass. What a nice priority list: 1) swim 2) eat 3) run 4) repeat.

Noah is enjoying the jogger more and more, and is getting to the point of being content almost the whole way. Today he was a little warm so he got to ride in my arms to the park and boy did he love it. I thought his hair piece was going to blow off he was giggling so hard. Our first photo attempt under the monstrous oak tree didn't turn out so well, but as soon as he was out in the grass he had a ball.

Smiles all around!
